How to make delicious vegan banana bread with HumaniTea drinks

Now, in this post, we will talk you through how to make vegan banana bread with our Earl Grey flavour milk tea latte! You can also use the below recipe to make vegan banana muffins!

Benefits of Vegan Banana Bread

Banana bread on its own is full of great, healthy goodness, and vegan banana bread is too – and more so! Benefits of bananas already include being high in fibre, potassium, vitamins B6 and C, and various antioxidants and phytonutrients. Meanwhile, vegan bread’s nutritional values range from having protein, zinc, calcium, magnesium, iron, and more, so combining the two and the benefits of tea make vegan banana bread – which has natural sugars and carbohydrates – one of the healthiest breads out there.

Vegan Banana Bread using HumaniTea Earl Grey Latte

Ingredients

  • 2 cups of plain flour 
  • 1 tsp of baking soda 
  • 1/2 tsp of baking powder 
  • 1/2 tsp of salt 
  • 1 tsp of cinnamon 
  • 1/2 cup of sugar 
  • 3 ripe bananas 
  • 1/2 cup of vegetable oil 
  • 1 tbsp of apple cider vinegar 
  • 1/2 cup of nuts/raisins/chocolate chips, etc. (optional)
  • And of course, 1 can of HumaniTea Earl Grey Oat Milk Tea Latte

How to make

  1. Pre-heat the oven to 175 degrees Celsius 
  2. In a bowl, mix all the dry ingredients together 
  3. In a separate bowl, mix all the wet ingredients together
  4. Combine the dry and wet ingredients together 
  5. Fold in any fillings that you would like to include (ours were made using mixed nuts) 

For muffins: bake for 20 minutes 

For loaf: bake for 50 minutes

Verdict? Vegan banana bread with our Earl Grey tea latte is both delicious and has all the plant-based goodness of both bananas and tea!
