When will I receive my order?
We work with some of the best couriers to offer you fast, reliable deliveries. All orders are dispatched within 48 hours. The cut off time for next day delivery is 1PM Monday to Friday. Once dispatched, you should receive your order within 1-4 business days.
Can you ship my order outside of the UK?
We currently only ship within the UK. However, we have big plans to grow and scale and plan on bringing our HumaniTea Lattes to wherever you are! 🙂
Do HumaniTea Lattes contain any allergens?
Our HumaniTea Lattes contain oat milk, which may contain gluten.
I made a mistake! Can I change my order once it has been placed?
Deliveries are picked and dispatched shortly after they are ordered. If we haven’t shipped the products yet, then we will try our best to change your order. You can contact us at orders@humanitea.co.uk.
Can I return my order?
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your order. If you have any problems with your order or want to return your items, please email orders@humanitea.co.uk to make arrangements. We will refund all returned items that are in good condition within 30 days of the cancellation of the order or return of the products.
To be eligible for a refund, all products must be unused and in the same condition that you received them. All individual cans must remain unopened, undrunk, and ready to drink. Individual cans cannot be returned on their own, but please let us know if you had any problems with your order, and we will do our best to make it up to you.
