We have settled into July and there is no time like now to try out some summer drinks. There are so many options available to satisfy your thirst this summer- as you can have cocktails, smoothies, iced teas and juices!
Lollies are also handy to have in the freezer during the warmer months, and we all need to treat ourselves once in a while, so why not indulge in some vegan milkshakes?

Summer lollies
Summer would not be summer without some delicious ice lollies! They are the perfect way to cool down on a hot day, and they are the easiest things to make when you’re in need of something cold and refreshing.
You can watch our Tik Tok here which shows how quick and easy it is to make! All you need is some popsicle moulds, and two cans of HumaniTea. Pour out the matcha latte into three moulds, then pour out the earl grey latte into the remaining three moulds.
Put the lollies into the freezer overnight, and then get them out ready for a hot day! Both flavours are so refreshing and will quench your thirst.
Milkshakes
Most of us really enjoy a thick and creamy milkshake, and there are a variety of flavours and added bits that you can use. Milkshakes are also wonderful to enjoy in the summer due to it being ice cold and smooth, and they are also quite easy to create.
Vegans shouldn’t have to miss out on such a scrumptious treat, so we have made sure that in our recipes we have used vegan products- including the ice cream.

Vegan Matcha Milkshake (one serving)
Ingredients:
- 1 can of HumaniTea Matcha Oat Milk Green Tea Latte
- Vegan vanilla ice cream
- A few drops of maple syrup (check that it is vegan)
- Two teaspoons of peanut butter
How to make:
- Pour boiling water into a bowl, then add two teaspoons of peanut butter into another bowl and rest this on top of the bowl with the hot water in it
- Stir the peanut butter until melted, then add this to the side of the glass
- Grab a can of HumaniTea’s matcha latte, shake it up and pour into a blender
- Add two generous tablespoons of ice cream and put into the blender along with the rest of the melted peanut butter
- Put several small drops of maple syrup into the mix and blend it together
- Pour into a glass and enjoy!
Vegan Earl Grey Milkshake (one serving)
Ingredients:
- 1 can of HumaniTea Earl Grey Oat Milk Classic Tea Latte
- Vegan vanilla ice cream
- Half a punnet of raspberries
- Three squares of dark chocolate
How to make:
- Pour boiling water into a bowl, then add 3 squares of dark chocolate into another bowl and rest this on top of the bowl with the hot water in it
- Stir the dark chocolate until melted, then add this to the side of the glass
- Grab a can of HumaniTea’s Earl Grey latte, shake it and pour into a blender
- Add two generous tablespoons of ice cream and put into the blender along with the rest of the melted dark chocolate
- Put half a punnet of raspberries into the mix and blend it together
- Pour into a glass and enjoy!
